Customized screw conveyor

As a screw conveyor manufacture, our screw conveyor support OEM services. As you can see in the photos. We can make inclined and horizontal. Max inclined angle we suggested should be no more than 45 degree.

For the machine structure, it can make in U shape and pipe shape. They use for different materials.

The U shape is possible to add cover or make it without cover. Pipe shape in short distance can make quick open structure for easy cleaning in food and pharmaceutical industry.

The screw conveyor Min diameter we can make is 108mm. The max we can make now is 426mm diameter.

As to the machine length, we will suggest based on our experience. For the machine construction material, we can make it in SS304, SS316L or carbon steel.

The surface process can be mirror polishing, wire draw polishing, sand blasting, or paint coating.

For connected with different machines, the inlet hopper size can be customized. The outlet port size can also customized. Both the inlet and outlet can connect with other machines with soft connections, in this way, there will be no dust generate.
