Xinxiang Chenwei Machinery here, unit of mixer with feeders is being debugged.

The application is to mix protein powder, amino acid powder, the work flow will be as below: feeding, mixing, finished products taken away.

Polishing surface treatment: mirro polishing, machine material: SS304, all perfectively meet food grade.

Manhole on the top of cover for easy checking mixing status, breathing hole for air supplement. Between the first screw feeder and mixer, we adopt soft connection to prevent powder leaking. Hydraulic rod for the cover, easy operation for the user to open and close.

Client prefer automatic discharging for the mixer,  pneumatic valve at the outlet to realize the function.

As for food industry, the user also pay more attention about the material stock problem, no worry about this, our screw feeder offers the function of reserve discharging, which enables the material on the screw to fall back to discharging exit on the bottom that is convent for discharging operation.
