Computer combination weigher:
This machine is also called computer scale, combination weigher, multi-head scale, electronic scale, electronic multi-head scale, etc.
The principle is mainly to use the principle of combined weighing.
The computer combination weigher has 8 heads, 10 heads, 12 heads,14-head scales, 16-head scales, 24-head scales etc.
Each one is a separate scale, which can weigh independently.
The material is vibrated from the upper chute through the main vibration plate, and the material reaches the linear vibration plate of each head.
When the first hopper (called the storage hopper) is empty, the material will be vibrated from the linear vibration plate to the storage hopper
according to the setted vibration time. When the weighing hopper below the storage hopper is empty after discharging, the storage hopper
is opened, the material is discharged to the weighing hopper, and the weighing hopper starts to weigh.
Application range:
Automatic packaging of large-particle products such as biscuits, small toys, rice crackers, quick-frozen food, melon seeds, candies, etc.
