Working principle
Chenwei made ceramic vibratory finishing machine has 3 different sizes. You can acquire the smallest one which works for max 21 inch wheel rim. The
largest one works for max 31 inch wheel rim hub.
The machine is equipped with 3 sets vibration motor works at two sides and bottom. Combined with water recycle system - making it suitable for wet finishing processes.
Since the machine has 3 robust fnishing motor, the ceramic polishing stone move in 3D direction. So the polishing effect is much more even.
With the vibratory finishing machine, wheel rim hub repair job will easy to do.
Vibratory Polish machine is composed of vibrator, bowl, electrical cabinet, base, water recycle system, polishing media stone, polishing liquid.
* Vibrator: This is the vibrating source of the machine, it is composed Of vibratory motor, currently we have normal domestic brand vibration motor, Sino-italian joint venture brand motor, explosion proof motor as options.
*Bowl: The bowl part structure is made in cabon steel, coated with PU material to make sure it is strong and durable enough for long time working.
*Electrical cabinet: The electric cabinet normally control the rim polishing machine on and off. The electric appliance brand can be domestic brand or Internation brand like ABB, Siemens or Schneider.
*Base: The rim polishing machine based part is mainly to hold the bowl. With 12 pieces spring working, the machine vibration force is much more even to reach every part of the bowl inside.
*water recycle system: Wheel rim polishing process need use polishing media and brightener as media to polishing the wheel rim for fast and easy to get shining effect.
1.It is proved that the vibration polisher can save 90% hand work in alloy wheel rim polishing.
2.It is suitable for surface finish processing of metal or non-metal workpieces including deburring, coarse polishing, fine polishing, mirror polishing.
